Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your AvaCloud password and cannot sign in:

  1. Go to the login page and click Forgot Password? at the bottom of the login panel.
If you signed up using your Google account, password changes must be made through your Google Account. Password reset via the AvaCloud portal is not available for Google sign-ins.
  1. Enter the email address associated with your AvaCloud account in the prompt.
  1. Check your email inbox for a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Changing Your Password from Inside the Portal

If you’re already signed in, you can change your password at any time:

Click your profile icon and navigate to Profile → Security & Password, and follow the prompts to update your password.
