Institutional blockchains are generally permissioned, utilizing specific pre-compiles and architecture to enable customizable controls. From a privacy perspective, this means that blockchain transaction data is made visible only to the specific L1 validators.

For more granular transaction-level privacy, there are several options that can be additionally implemented (e.g., data encryption options, homomorphic encryption, the use of multiple permissioned L1, etc.); to learn more, please contact [email protected]
