Is my L1 independent of other Avalanche chains?

Yes. With AvaCloud, you operate your own L1 blockchain that is independent of the rest of the Avalanche network. Even in the unlikely event of the Avalanche C-Chain having technical difficulties, your chain would be able to function uninterrupted.
